Swing Nation accepts all major credit cards, PayPal and Amazon Payments.
Swing Nation ships with all major carriers including the USPS, FedEx, UPS, CanadaPost, DHL and others.
The size of your order and your shipping address will determine which shipping options and speeds are available to you during checkout.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Delivery can take 2-7 business days for the lower 48 states, depending on your location.
On occasion we do not have the entire order in stock and we have to ship your order in multiple shipment. In these cases the order may take slightly longer to get to you. If this happens, we will make every attempt to notify you of any delays.
International (Canada, Mexico, UK, etc.) orders can take 3-15 business days, and on rare occasions they may take a little longer when going through customs. Once the package leaves the US, we have no control over how your country handles the package. Also, please note that in some cases your local country’s customs may charge you taxes and/or duties or other fees. We unfortunately cannot control those fees.
Swing Nation is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages and/or packages sent to the wrong address.
* Any domestic order returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will incur additional charges for reshipment of package. We cannot cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.
** Any international order returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., Customer will have to pay for Express shipping.
We realize that you make choices in your buying process and we want you to be happy with your purchase. We understand that returns/exchanges can be necessary and that we must meet reasonable expectations when these situations arise.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) at your expense for a full refund of the products purchased, providing the products are unused and in the same condition as they were shipped to you. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
We cannot accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged.
All sales are final outside the U.S.
No. You can checkout as a guest without having to be required to create an account. If you do create an account, the checkout process on future orders will be faster and easier.
You will automatically receive an email when your order ships from the Swing Nation warehouse. This email will contain:
- Shipping Carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Shipping Service (Express, Priority, Select, etc.)
- Shipping/Delivery Address
- List of Items Purchased w/ Quantities
It is important that you review this email completely. If the shipping address is incorrect, items or quantities are different than what you ordered or any other information needs correction, please contact us immediately.
In most cases, we can make adjustments before the shipper picks up your items, but we cannot guarantee this.
